Register for the 2027 MDPCI Loyalty Event
Use the form below to register. Registration must be complete by July 31st,
but early registration can earn you excursion credits and enter you in raffles
to win a free room or a free room upgrade.
Early Registration Dates and Prizes

Register by May 31st

First 100 registered for the 5-night (full) event will receive a $250 excursion credit

All registered for the full event will be entered in a drawing to win a free 5-night, double occupancy ocean view room

Non-winners of the free room will receive 10 entries in the June 30th drawing for a room upgrade.

All registered by June 30 for the full event will be entered in a drawing to win a 5-night room upgrade to a Rock Suite Ocean View One Bedroom (maximum double occupancy)

Each room reservation will receive one primary entry. Registrants are eligible for one prize award (free room or room upgrade).
Event Deposit

Event registration fees plus a $350 per room deposit will be due at the time of registration.

Your event fee and room deposit will be offset with the return of Loyalty Program funding, based on your points accrual and participation. If your projected program points do not cover the cost of your stay, you will be invoiced for payment of the balance.

Your event fee and room deposit is refundable up to July 31, 2026.

Please note, Travel Insurance is recommended in the event you are unable to travel and attend the event. The MDPCI makes hotel commitments on your behalf and cannot reimburse the cost if cancelled. Click here for information on Travel Insurance.

Register using the form below. We will follow up with a summary of your estimated loyalty points, your expected trip cost based on your registration, and your estimated points balance or amount owed.
Your registration reserves your room(s) and registers your attendee(s). The balance of your total cost will be deducted from your loyalty points accrual. If your accrual is less than your total event cost, you will be billed the balance at a later date.
